Reverie is a space where guests are invited to switch off from the world.

Our dinners are something special and a whole-night affair! We collaborate with local wineries to bring the tasting room to the city. 5 courses, 1 table and a bunch of guests which make for a fabulous dinner party!

 

Chef/owner Julia Hattingh's menus are focused on sustainable, hyper-seasonal, local produce and composed to compliment the wines. We work closely with an

incredible selection of small-scale, local suppliers and growers to bring you the best of what the Cape (and South Africa) has to offer. Break away and find your reverie!

This August in Cape Town, Upper Union and Reverie Social Table present a Women’s Month lunch series celebrating the women behind some of South Africa’s most exciting food and wine experiences.

 

Hosted by chefs Amori Burger and Julia Hattingh, each lunch features a collaborative menu, paired wines and conversations with the women who craft them. Cost is R1 500 per person, including wine.
